It's HERE! We are Officially Open for Business

I am now taking clients for Personal Training on MWF.

I have 5am open, and that's it for now. - I have one guy interested in adding 2 more people to his sessions to help keep the costs down.

Janet Randall is also Available to train Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30am-Noon. and possibly other times depending on when and how frequent... she is flexible, just let me know when you would like to train and we'll see if it fits.

Once we get things rolling we will be setting up Boot camps and Yoga classes as well.

Pricing and Availability



I would like to say something about the types of workouts we will be doing... the will be difficult, you will be pushed, you may even think you can't do something, but all I ask is that you try, and for your own benefit, that you give 100% intensity to the workouts. That's the only way these work.

We will be working inside, outside, picking things up, throwing things around, lifting, running, hopping, Pulling, pushing, squatting, crunching, and so much more. You may get dirty on any given morning. I currently do not have a shower at the facility, but it is something I plan on getting once we get things up and running.

Janet Randall is also going to be doing training at the facility on Tues. and Thurs. and possibly Saturday morning Yoga classes. I will get a schedule from her on what she can handle and her pricing/schedule to post soon.

NEW PERSONAL TRAINING FACIITY COMING TO MESA!

A new personal training facility in Mesa will be open in April 2009!

Jackson Wright from Mesa, AZ will be offering affordable Personal Training, boot Camps and other Services to help people Achieve their overall fitness Goals. Weight loss, toning, Sculpting, muscle growth or just better overall fitness.

These training sessions are for all fitness levels but will focus on High Intensity strength conditioning workouts to get maximum results in 30 minutes!

30 minute Personal Training Sessions will be available 3x per week, MWF from 5am-7am. Also... 1 hour Fitness Boot camp sessions will also be available soon! 2 or 3 Days per week.
